  • Inspection of the property from time to time(up to 4 times per year)
  • Arranging legally required safety checks, repairs and maintenance up to a pre-agreed limit.
  • Monthly rental collection and payment into landlords bank account
  • Final inspection at Tenancy end including meter readings, inventory check and report to landlord
